Trakop — Delivery Management Platform
2. The Requirement / Problem
Trakop needed a unified, scalable delivery management platform catering to route optimization, live tracking, and order dispatching for recurring delivery businesses. The existing system lacked modern aesthetic appeal, UI consistency, and responsive adaptability across devices.
3. My Approach
- Understanding Requirements: Collaborated with product owners to map route tracking and dispatch workflows.
- Wireframing: Developed low-fidelity wireframes to establish clear dashboard visual hierarchies.
- Design System: Constructed a flexible UI component library in Figma for consistent brand styling.
- Responsive Design: Handcrafted adaptable layouts for seamless mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.
